If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase.
The returning product must be at least half full in order to receive a refund or exchange.
A credit will be issued back to the original purchasing credit card.
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction so we will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy.
- Request for a refund must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The packaging should contain at least half of the contents.
- We will not accept returned products that are fully used, half-used, or surreptitiously replaced with other products
- Complete the Returns Form
- Package the item properly and mail it to the address on the Returns Form
- Customer is responsible for Return shipping fees

Return Policy for Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items
Any product damaged or found defective must be reported to within 3 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a product exchange. (Pictures of the Damaged/Defective Products must be submitted at the time of the complaint. Credit or replacement will only be issued after the reportedly Damaged/Defective products have been returned to us)
- If you received a damaged or defective item or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges. In addition, you will receive a full refund for the item, as described in our Refund Procedures.
- To obtain an exchange or refund for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items, the item must be returned to us unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging.
- The item must be unused. We will not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the item was received by you in a damaged or defective condition.
- You must initiate a returns request within 3 days of delivery purchase for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items. For example, if the tracking shows your order was delivered on Jan 1st, you must contact us by Jan 4th to report a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
- Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the tracking number indicates that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, Miami Beauty Mall will not replace or refund the stolen package.
We are not responsible for mail theft. It is up to the customer to ensure the ship to address is safe for mail carriers to leave a package.
Refunds for Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Occasionally, shipments to customers are returned to us as undeliverable. For example, this may happen if the purchaser supplied an incorrect shipping address, or the customer refuses to accept a shipment, or the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.
- If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund reduced accordingly by the shipping fee.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in order to have the shipment resent to you. We are not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to incomplete or incorrect address supplied.
Refunds to International Customers
- We will gladly refund international returns that adhere to our Returns Policy
- We do not reimburse or refund for any import duties, fees and taxes charged by the government of your country.
- The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (less shipping and handling, discounts, promotions, coupons )
